Warborough Collection- case study

Project Brief

When London-based interior designer Samantha Todhunter approached us to visualize her bespoke Warborough Collection in an all-new pale pink linen fabric, we knew the project would demand utmost craftsmanship, patience, and an eye for refined detail.

This wasn't just a standard product visualization task. Samantha’s furniture collection already existed in real-world form, photographed and published in a different fabric. The goal of this project was to digitally reimagine the same collection in a new color and textile palettewithout physically changing or re-shooting the pieces.

The Design Brief:

Samantha wanted us to render a complete set of her Warborough Collection in soft pink linen. This alternate version was meant for presentation purposes, to show clients how the same collection could look in a new aesthetic.

Each piece—be it the Montague Chair, Gracie Chair, or the intricate Amelia Ottoman—had detailed elements such as:

Camel-back curves

Turkish corners

Hand-piped cushioning

Pleated skirts and trims

Brass castors

Eight-way hand-tied springs

Carved wooden elements

Historically-inspired silhouettes

These designs were not just about proportions—they told stories.

Our Approach:

We started with high-detail 3D modeling from scratch, carefully interpreting references and original product photos. Then we:

Created bespoke fabric shaders for linen using Chaos Corona's physical materials

Matched the pink tone with subtlety, avoiding overly saturated or faded hues

Developed two rendered views for each product (front and perspective)

Designed lighting to highlight form, softness, and material interplay

Samantha eventually selected one view per piece for her official presentation PDF, which kept the focus clear and elegant.

Client Feedback:

We were honored to receive this 5-star Trustpilot review from Samantha Todhunter Design:

"Umar was an absolute pleasure to work with! He worked on our Warborough Collection (furniture) from modelling stage to final renders. As our furniture is very detailed he was very patient and flexible when it came to making changes. We're thrilled with the final result and can’t wait to work together again!"

What This Case Reflects:

This project is a perfect example of how 3D visualization can expand the creative and commercial life of physical designs, giving interior designers more flexibility and visual marketing options.

If you’re an interior designer, furniture studio, or art director looking to visualize your products in alternate colors or fabrics without the high cost of prototyping — this is what we do.
